2. My business is trying to be as enviromentally friendly as we can.....
Not a problem. We have a wide range of environmentally friendly products. These products will compliment your companies green policy and rest assured our delivery vehicles are carbon neutral. We have won awards for our work in this important area.
3. I can't find what I am looking for.....
We have a wide a choice of products on the website but it is not always possible to list everything. Please contact our sales team on 01454 312300 option 1. Even if we don't have it in stock we are very good at finding what you want and getting it to you as quickly as possible.
4. Can I collect in person?
Of course! You choose this option on the drop down box at the checkout, although please allow a minimum of 1 hour for the order to be processed and picked.
5. What should I do if I have an item missing from my order?
All orders must be checked on arrival, if you think an item is missing please ensure you check all packaging including bubble wrap as loose items are often packaged separately. If you still cannot find the item please note this on your delivery documents and contact our sales department within 24 hours 01454 312300.
6. What if I ordered the incorrect item by mistake?
You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order and you will also be able to check your order by logging into your account. If you have ordered and item incorrectly please contact the sales department as soon as possible so they can amend the order. If your order has already been dispatched please see our returns policy.
7. How do I open a Credit Account?
You can download a "Credit Account Application" form once you have an online account by going to 'My Account' and going to the finance section. Here you can download and fill in an account application form for us to do the relevant credit checks. We also offer a Direct Debit facility to those who already have a credit account.
8. How can I get a copy invoice or statement?
Once you register all this information is available to download in the 'My account' section of the site. You will be able to access all the information you need 24/7.
9. Do you deliver on a saturday?
Saturday deliveries are available at additional cost. Please select this delivery option when going through the checkout process.
10. Can I buy smaller case quantities?
Many of items on the website are available in packs rather than cases and are clearly marked.
11. I need my items delivering at a certain time on a certain day...
Because we operate a multi-drop delivery service we cannot offer a timed delivery service. Requests for delivery on a 'specific day' rather than time should be noted in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box at the checkout. If we have any problems with getting your items to you on a certain day we will get in contact. If you require an uprgaded timed service which is ususally delivered by third part carrier then you can pay for these services when you purchase your goods on the site.
