As a distributor of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), we fully comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations and are committed to promoting the responsible recycling and disposal of old or unwanted equipment.

For Business Customers (B2B)

If you are a business customer, you are responsible for disposing of any end-of-life EEE purchased from Yate Supplies in line with WEEE regulations.
We’re here to help — we can provide guidance on approved recycling and take-back schemes for the products you’ve purchased from us.

For Consumer Customers (B2C)

If you are a consumer, we offer a free take-back service for your old electrical or electronic equipment when you buy new items from us. This makes it easy to recycle your devices responsibly and help reduce environmental impact.

Battery Recycling

We also provide a free battery collection point at our Yate Supplies premises. Bring in any used or unwanted batteries, and we’ll ensure they are recycled safely and responsibly (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com
